Our Story

How it all started

TWL Bisto is a traditional bistro with a creative flair. Serving dinner six nights a week and hosting a monthly wine dinner, our goal is to show our guests that: Every meal can be enhanced by the right wine. With this in mind, our dinner menu is carefully paired with some of our favorite wines, which enhance and reveal some truly spectacular flavors. General Manager Kandi Gomez has carefully trained our staff to recommend higher quality wines that compliment the high standard of our cuisine. The owners Mike and Jenna Krimbill welcome you to enjoy this local Tulsa Treasure.

TWL Bistro originally began as a franchise of La Crepe Nanou in New Orleans; a local tribute to a beloved Louisiana staple. However, as our staff evolved and our guests gave feedback, we decided to rebrand. While French fare is incredible, we’ve created our own take on the traditional Bistro concept.
